Landmark Properties

Formed in 2004 by two native Athenians, Landmark Properties is a fast-growing real estate development, brokerage, construction and property management company. With a focus on multi-family (primarily cottage communities for college students) and commercial properties, Landmark manages every step of the development process, from initial market research to construction, to ongoing management of the property.

Methodologies

Since the beginning of some of the company’s initial projects, Sliced Bread has provided full marketing services for Landmark, including advertising campaigns, event management, and signage & collateral design. As the projects grew in number and scope, it became clear that Landmark needed a large-scale website to effectively manage all of its properties. Sliced Bread designed a multi-page site with image arrays, a property search function, and expanded copy on the company, its service offerings and its spotlight properties. The end result was a cleaner, more organized way of presenting the company and disseminating information to current and future tenants and investors.
