Parker & Associates

Parker & Associates was founded in 1998 to provide full service property management to the Athens area, with a focus on the student condominium market. After over 10 years in the business, the company was in need of a brand refresher, as well as technological updates to their current website.

Methodologies

Sliced Bread began the process by redesigning the Parker & Associates logo. Next, the layout and functionality of the website were altered to make the site more user-friendly for perspective clients. Properties were made easier to find by revamping the search tools and adding an interactive Google map. All search listings and properties, as well as featured properties, were made controllable by a customized CMS system, which allows Parker & Associates to add photos, content and details, as well as update availability and pricing quickly and easily.

On the front end, customers are now able to pay their rent and dues online using their existing “pay online” services; an entirely new section for association owners (owners of condos or units) was added, with a secure login, so that owners can keep track of their calendar of events and important documents (meeting notes, budgets, tenant lists, etc.) for each of the Parker & Associates-managed properties they own.
